SEC Tournament
The odds to win the SEC college basketball tournament are extremely tight towards the top of the odds board with four teams going into the tournament with odds of 500 or better.
All four teams are also ranked inside of the top-25 as well. Leading the way are the Alabama Crimson Tide with 165 odds. They are followed by the Tennessee Volunteers (350), Kentucky Wildcats (450), and the Texas AM Aggies (500).

Looking at Alabama, they are favored being that they lead the SEC with a 16-2 record against conference opponents as well as a 16.5-point average winning margin.
Bama also has a huge advantage on the tournament bracket with a double bye as the #1 seeded team. They also average a 5-point cover margin against the spread when facing SEC teams.
Also, the last time they went into the tournament as the favorite in the 2020-21 season, they came out on top winning.

Tennessee has the fourth best record in the SEC (22-9) and the fourth best record against conference opponents (11-7). The Volunteers did win the conference tournament last season with similar 325 pre tournament odds.
However, since the 2011 season, with the exception of Kentucky from 2014-2017, there haven’t been repeating conference tournament champions. While Tennessee does have a bye through just the first round, they’ve struggled towards the end of the season in conference play losing six of their last 10 SEC games.

The Kentucky Wildcats should never be counted out of winning a conference tournament title being that they have won the most in SEC history with 31 total including four of the last seven.
They can also be counted on regardless of what their pre tournament odds are as they won their last four with -500, 125, 120, and 455 odds. They are 12-6 in tournament play this season with a 3.3-point average win margin. The Wildcats are riding a 5-1 record in their last six SEC games of the season.
Texas AM is in a prime spot heading into the tournament as well with a bye through the first two rounds. They finished their season strong with an 8-1 record over their last nine games with wins over both Tennessee and Alabama.
They are 15-3 outright this season against SEC opponents and have the third highest winning margin average of 8.2 points. The Aggies main hurdle though is that they have never won a conference tournament ever.
